Umber & Ecru Chocolate Tasting Experience

Immerse yourself in a half day (13:00 - 17:00) of all things chocolate with a series of tasting platters and demonstrations, allowing you to sample some delicious chocolates and learn all about cacao. 

We will discuss chocolate pairings with food & drink, and you will learn the whole process of chocolate making from cocoa pod, to tempering, to beautiful petit fours.

This small group experience can be tailored to suit individuals chocolate knowledge and taste preferences. Maximum 4 people.
